Yes, a tracking link will be provided once picked up by courier.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are not able to commit any request for international shipping. Also with border control measures, shipping to some countries may not be available. Do contact us to see if we can ship to your country.
We try to keep as many stocks as possible. If an item happens to be "Out of Stock", this usually means we are in the process of restocking.
As far as we know, we are the only one that do unboxing for a physical check and some basic tests before dispatch.
We deal mostly directly with manufacturers, doing away with the middle man so as to maintain our reasonable prices.
All ordered item(s) is/are packed with care and protected by bubble wrap (if needed) to prevent any damage during delivery.
The warrany cover defective parts due to manufacturer defects under normal usage. Wear and tear parts like the gaskets, grinder burrs, pouch, etc are not covered under the warranty. The warranty also does not cover malfunctions caused by misuse, improper maintenance, operating not in accordance with the user guide, modifications or usage of products not within the intended purposes.
