🚨Note – 1) Please use at least 60ml of water, as the coffee machine will consume 15-20ml during the extraction process. Therefore, 60ml of water typically yields approximately 30-35ml of espresso. This is just a guide and shall be subject to your actual workflow/preparation process. 2) When using the metal puck screen, there will be a 1-2°C drop in water temperature due to heat lost to the puck screen. As such, consider setting the heated water temperature 1-2°C higher than your intended setting.
